At Ayudiva Herbals, we are committed to transparent billing practices. Please review the following terms regarding billing, pricing, and invoicing.
1. GST & Taxes
All product prices listed on our website are inclusive/exclusive of GST (as applicable under Indian law).
Appropriate GST will be levied on all products at the time of billing and reflected in your invoice.
2. Order Confirmation & Pricing
Once an order is placed and confirmed, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email/SMS.
If for any reason we are unable to ship certain items in your order, the value of the unshipped items will be refunded to your original payment method or bank account.
Prices may change at any time; however, such changes will not affect confirmed orders for which you have already received an Order Confirmation.
3. Checkout & Billing Process
When you select products to purchase, they will be added to your Cart.
You must then proceed to checkout and complete the order by providing/confirming your billing and shipping details.
During checkout, you can choose your preferred payment method (e.g., Online Payment, UPI, Wallets, or Cash on Delivery where available).
If you are a registered user, a record of all your past orders and billing history will be available under the “My Account” section.
4. Invoicing
A detailed tax invoice will be provided with every order, either digitally via email or as a printed copy with your shipment.
The invoice will clearly mention product details, price breakdown, GST, shipping (if any), and total payable amount.
