We offer Free Express Shipping on all orders across India.
2. Delivery Partners & Timeline
Orders are typically shipped via Delhivery Pvt. Ltd. or Ecom Express.
Deliveries usually occur within 2–5 business days (Monday–Saturday) after purchase, depending on your location.
If there is any delay, we will notify you via Email / WhatsApp / Call.
3. Dispatch & Handling Time
Orders are shipped from our warehouses in New Delhi (and Bangalore, where applicable), depending on stock and availability.
Handling time is 1–2 business days, meaning your order is generally dispatched within this period.
During seasonal sales or festivals (e.g., Diwali, Holi), processing times may be longer due to high demand.
4. Tracking Your Order
Every parcel is dispatched with a tracking number.
You can check your order status anytime via the Track My Order page or tracking link provided.
5. Address & Customer Details
Please ensure all submitted details (name, shipping/billing address, postal code, phone number, etc.) are correct when placing your order.
Ayudiva Herbals cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
6. Customs & Local Regulations
In rare cases, your local authorities may request additional documents or time to clear your package. Such circumstances are beyond our control and may delay delivery.
7. Delivery Proof & Liability
Couriers usually require a signature on delivery.
If the courier marks a parcel as “delivered” with valid proof but you have not received it, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the courier.
Once marked as delivered by the courier, Ayudiva Herbals cannot be held liable for missing parcels.
